Located only a short walking distance from Golden Beach Village which boasts some excellent restaurants, cafes, takeaways, a medical centre, Spar supermarket and bottle shop and just a short stroll on the boardwalk to the popular Power Boat Club. The resort’s own award-winning restaurant on site has a relaxed ambience overlooking the water.
This 5th floor unit has comfortable modern furnishings, insect screens, ceiling fans throughout, air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom, DVD player, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will accommodate 4 guests in a Queen and 2 single beds. There is a Smart TV with Netflix in the living area.
