Positive: Everything. Style of the hotel, Food at the restaurant, Decorations, History of the hotel, STAFF (Liga - that took care of my Room, Hugh - the tea wizard, Richard - the Wine wizzard, Ann - stylish performance while serving in restaurant, Becky - the key to hotel) that was superb. Realy everything. Hotel is result of careful considerations for the pleasant stay of the guest, especially us non-UK citizens who would like to be introduced to the typical British culture through food, wines, decorations and behaviour of the service staff. At the end of the day you can be in the nicest hotel but if the staff is not welcoming you with emotions and professional attitude everything is in vain. Hotels are just buildings and satisfied and professional staff is all what it meters. I was recommending Old Bridge to all my visitors who were visiting the area as the only real traditional British jewel worth visiting regardless of the costs. It was worth every penny.
