Summary: Easy to find thanks to a text on the day directing us to the parking area. Met by Allison at the door and made very welcome. The room, Lindesfarne, (No4) was superbly furnished and the view was all we expected. Cant fault it. The breakfast was cooked fresh to order and was of a high quality. Overall i'd have no hesitation in recommending The Roxburgh.
