Positive: The location was good- close to Tahoe City and the lake. The home was in a quiet neighborhood of widely spaced similar dwellings - ski resort style homes.

Negative: This property desperately needs updating. Most of he furniture is worn out (e.g., large torn areas in the seats of the sofas, an electric stove vintage the ‘60s, a hodgepodge of dishes, cups, glasses, and utensils in the kitchen).

Summary: It was pleasant but the shabbiness of the furnishings made it not worth the cost of renting it.
