A treehouse with spectacular views overlooking the Dalälvan river on an organic farm in Sweden.
Magpies nest is 36 square meters and 24 feet high. Includes a sauna and hot tub for your exclusive use. All modern conveniences in the treehouse with hot and cold running water.
A shower and toilet. King size bed. All bed linen with towels gowns and slippers included. Fully equipped with oven and microwave two burner hot plate. Radiator electric heating. Watch the Northern lights aurora borealis during December to March. Cows horses and chickens and 2 cats on the farm. Mushroom and berry picking time here in the forests. A hot tub (from May to October) and electric sauna is included in the price at the treehouse. The treehouse is secluded and private. Boat rides horse riding tractor rides or learn to drive a tractor are available. Contact host if you want to bring a dog.
There are lots of interesting places to visit in and around the farm. The are the Siljan lakes with boating and the wooden horse factory. The copper mines in Falin. A variety of mushrooms growing in the forests also Lingon blueberries and many other berries. Lots of beautiful wild flowers growing everywhere. A bear farm in Orsa. A bison farm 6 kilometres away. We are right on the Dalälvan river where you can swim or take a boat ride. There are many horse riding farms nearby and an Alpaca Farm. Late August and September for 8 weeks is crayfish season. The boats go out at 5 pm and at 8 am pull in the nets.
There are busses on week days. Trains to Hedamore and Avesta. Shuttle bus.
We are 8 kilometres from the nearest railway station. Avesta Krylbo and Hedamore and 2 kilometres from the main road. We can arrange to collect from the train station at 400 krona and take you shopping.
A small private airfield near at Rembo on the farm.
There are many restaurants.. Rembosturgen Restaurant is 2 kilometres away. In Avesta there is the Kings Arms, 6 kilometres away with about six other good restaurants. Hedamore is 10 kilometres away with many good restaurants. The historical mines and museums in Falun are worth visiting. In Avesta is the Bison farm.
Rembo skiing resort is 2 kilometers away.
