Positive: The place was clean, peaceful and comfortable, making it perfect for a city break. We especially appreciated how practical everything was and how nice it felt to come back and relax after a busy day exploring Vienna. At first, I was a bit sceptical about the bank transfer payment and the security deposit, as this was something I hadn’t experienced before. However, after reviewing the property’s policies and understanding the process, we decided to go ahead and follow the required steps. Everything went smoothly, and we received our deposit back at checkout without any issues. The apartment was beautiful, and the host was easy to communicate with and always helpful. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Thank you for the great stay! We would definitely consider booking again.
