Summary: Great location and property on the Caribbean coast of CR. Having a Villa is great to spread out (there were 4 of us) and the property is a short walk to a few very nice restaurants and a non swimming area of the ocean. Punta Uva is less than 10 minute drive. Villa was well appointed with above average bedding. Few points, the Villa has neither AC nor a washing machine. FYI, AC not really needed as the cool nights and open nature of the house were nice. I only mention the washing machine as both bedding and beach stuff could have benefited from having this when staying for 6 nights.
