Positive: Very lovely villa with a sea view, large dining table on a terrace, cosy sitting place on a second terrace, equiped kitchen, washing and dish-washing machines, own pool, even ping pong table. Every room has a shower. Very comfortable for a large family vacation. Location is very remote, 30 min from Kalkan center - which can be considered a plus, if you need to burn some calories going up the hill. Lokal taxi can be ordered for 250 TRY to the city center, where is a good variety of grocery shops and restaurants. Manager Onder is always on line and ready to help (transfer, taxi, ordering birthday cake and flowers, etc).
Negative: There is no place to eat inside. We were unlucky with few days of rain, dining table on the terrace is not protected from the rain, too windy and cold to sit outside. So we had our breakfast Turkish style, on the carpet.
