Positive: Отличная вилла, огромный теплый бассейн. Мест для размещения на человек 20 с комфортом. Всё чисто, комфортно. Парковка внутри двора, довольно большая (теоретически даже 2 машины войдет). Очень дружелюбный хостесс (живет рядом, поэтому любые проблемы решались быстро). Отличная локация - на машине 15 минут до ТЦ SM City, 10 минут до аэропорта. Очень тихо (если не считать чисто деревенские звуки - петухи и т.д., но это беда всего Палавана). Самолетов неожиданно не слышно совсем (при взлете слышно минуты 3 только пару раз в день, в остальном тихо). Очень хорошая навигация (легко найти самим и курьерам граба). В близлежащих окрестностях есть рестораны, прачечная (реально 2 минуты пешком), массаж и прочее. Интернет 150мб, всегда работает, пинг только до Москвы великоват - 300мс., сотовая связь тоже работала без проблем. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым, но в целом не пользовались.
Negative: Сложности с электричеством (солнечная энергетика, ограниченная мощность). Вода нагревается электричеством (странно, прямой нагрев солнцем был бы эффективнее). Иногда отключается из-за нагрузки и 2 душа одновременно принять сложно. Нет стиральной машинки, но рядом есть прачечная.
