Villa Julio offers a relaxing beach holiday for families or couples. It offers great views toward the sea. Villa Julio has four very nice apartments. The villa is located just next to the beach and Split airport. It is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean garden with more than 20 olive trees. Outside of the villa is composed of private swimming pool, tennis court and tennis table together with spacious bbq with a dinning tables. Guests are welcome to take tennis lessons upon appointment. There is also a large grill house with a summer kitchen for use of guests

Summary: The apartment was super clean and comfortable, spacious and the view from the terrace was stunning. Drinking coffee and looking out to the sea from the terrace was memorable! The walk to the sea from the apartment was a little longer than I thought was described in the listing, however it was a beautiful and safe walk through the residential area to the sea. Communication was 5 stars, very helpful and quick responses when I needed it. The pool area that comes with the rental was beautiful and clean as well with stunning views of the sea. Highly recommend!!! The old city is nice in Trogir and easy to accomplish visiting in a short trip. Definitely worth staying here at this apartment and visiting this beautiful area of Croatia!
