The terrace, furnished with elegant garden furniture, offers a wonderful view of the well-kept garden with pool and private parking.From the parking lot you enter the large and bright living room with comfortable sofas and fully equipped and modern kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. A beautiful staircase with wrought iron handrail leads to the first floor, where 2 double rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, are available for guests.The attic has a large bedroom with private bathroom. All windows offer spectacular views of the Chiana Valley. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and all rooms have air conditioning.From the living room, through an internal staircase, you enter the tavern. Up to 2 beds can be added on request, ideal for children. The tavern has its own bathroom and a small kitchenette.Outside there is a wood stove, barbecue and private pool for guests to use. A beautiful wrought iron pergola, covered with fragrant jasmine, is the backdrop for this beautiful country house. Cortona is only 5 km away and only 2 km from the villa are the large supermarkets and other basic shops.
