Positive: The beach was very nice and quiet. Beautiful sunrises. The place was also very nice. Prefect for our needs. We loved the community there. We meet the next door neighbor and a couple of other permanent residents. They were very welcoming
Negative: The beds could use some help, but mostly we didn't like that we had to leave.
