Positive: The hotel has many qualities that made my stay pleasant. Its location is excellent: just a short walk from the city center and close to main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city extremely easy and enjoyable. The reception staff were always kind, welcoming and ready to help, and both check‑in and check‑out were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the overall cleanliness of the room, the quiet atmosphere, and the comfortable room, which offered good space and useful wardrobes for storing clothes. Parking was convenient, even if not bookable in advance.
Negative: There are a few aspects that could be improved to make the experience even better. In some moments I noticed a bit of noise, and in one stay the bathroom was internal without a window. The curtains let in some light early in the morning due to the lack of shutters or blackout blinds, which might affect sleep for light sleepers. A few details in the room’s cleanliness could be refined as well.
