Summary: The property was set in a beautiful landscape and provided an excellent place to visit the surrounding hilltop towns of Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, etc.We were two families totalling 8 persons and the space was more than we needed. The main house had a perfect space to eat together at the dining table and hang together in the living room. The beds were were all comfortable and the house was well-heated (we visited in March and the temp outside was cold at night, but the house was always warm). The pool was closed because it was too cold. The host was responsive and helpful.If you’re looking or a picturesque Tuscany retreat for a large group in a tranquil, private setting, this was perfect.
