Positive: We had a little delay in being picked up from the airport but this was completely erased by the welcoming and warmth of Tenille and staff on our arrival. Everything was explained appropriately so we knew what to expect & when. This made our participation and comfort next level up! Breakfast was delightful with hot food, fruit, yoghurt and cheeses. The coffee machine was amazing. Lunch was assorted tasty food & dinner was plentiful with a different menu every night. Time to socialise at the bar in the evenings made it feel like we were all family. Last but not least was the outstanding knowledge, dedication and determination of Bryony and Sidney in fulfilling our dreams of seeing so many amazing animals -Lion, Leopard, Elephant, zebra, giraffe, Rhino, Hippo, Hyena, wild dogs, Impala and many more. So thankful to have been at this impressive Lodge with these lovely people as our first experience of Africa !!
Negative: That we had to leave !!
Summary: Hospitality Comfort and Dreams that come true !!
