There is an entry hallway with a coat closet and a bench to remove shoes. There is a large, well equipped kitchen with a chef style gas range, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. The kitchen has a snack bar in between the kitchen and living room area which has a full size couch, chair and full size television with cable programming. The living area also has a full size dining table with seats for four. Finishing off the first floor is a half bathroom, which also houses the door out to the first floor deck. The master suite bedroom at Agua Viva House is on the second floor. The bedroom has a walk in closet, king bed, ocean view balcony with two comfortable seats in which to enjoy the view and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo.
There is an additional bedroom on the second floor that could be considered two seperate sleeping areas, one space has one twin bed, the other space has an additional two twin beds with direct access to the outside porch with stairs.
Agua Viva House has a lush green yard, with many comfortable seating options to enjoy the view including a fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs.
Importantly the home does have a boat launch available for guests. It will make launching kayaks, canoes, sailboats, or motor boats convenient.
