33 Glendale Rd is a large Raised Ranch with 6 bedrooms, 2 full baths & 2 Living Rooms located in the highly desirable Eastward Look - South neighborhood.
Able to accommodate two separate families or extra Living Room for kids. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with night stands and dressers.
Short walk to beautiful Scarborough Beach.
This fully furnished home features plenty of living space with two family rooms, eat-in kitchen as well as a large table for everyone. The home is completely furnished and includes 2 HDTV's, Blu-Ray player and premium cable TV.
Wireless Internet access is also included with the rental.
Watch the sunrise over the ocean on our huge deck. Great for entertaining with table, chairs and a gas BBQ grill. Below the deck is a large patio and backyard. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water and is great after a day at the beach. Located minutes from Block Island Ferry and other beaches, 20 minutes to Newport. Close to all area attractions, including numerous public golf courses within a short drive.
Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, dishes, glasses and utensils.
If too hot outside, enjoy air-conditioned living in this house with a ton of living space. Great for kids and entertaining. Open floor plan with hardwoods throughout first floor, large living room and spacious kitchen. There's an additional family room downstairs. Comfortably sleeps 10-12 for when guests visit. Rental includes pillows and blankets - just bring your own sheets and bath/beach towels and you're ready to have fun. Washer/Dryer on lower level. Plenty of room for parking.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at Ed's beach house last week. Although we had a couple minor hiccups - broken coffee maker, window shade, etc., Ed was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was addressed/fixed within hours. Great location (5-10min walk to beach) and layout for 2 families with adults upstairs and teenagers in the downstairs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to Scarborough Beach.
